My foot is much better, the pain is almost gone. Finally able to take a walk.

The gout attack is still there, although the inflammation is subsiding. Hot baths really help with that. But since we are away for the weekend, no bother. It is in my left foot, and I use the right for the pedals. And the vegetarian choices are better than what I make at home.

I wonder if the trigger of my gout attack can be that my immune system is now on high alert against viruses. After all, the reason for the gout attack is that the immune system mistakes the uric acid crystals for a virus and triggers the alarm. And after the second vaccine injection, my immune system is on high alert.
