I think I will change my 16:8 rhythm. I wake up
in the middle of the night still full from dinner. Even when I just eat a little. So I will skip dinner and eat breakfast and lunch instead. That will be much easier. The problem is that I like a couple of glasses of wine on Fridays, but I may be able to have that anyway. If it is only Friday. And maybe Saturday.
