Another busy day in the home office. We still have a quasi-emergency locally, where the government requests us to restrict non-essential outings. So no restaurant visits this week either.
Trying to do better on the salt-free and sugar-free fronts. It takes much longer for the blood pressure to go down than the uric acid.
