I have been having very high blood pressure lately, especially yesterday when I ate salt nuts and crackers. But I think I know why. Bicarbonate of soda contains a lot of salt (soda is the same as in sodium chloride). Better be careful.
Todays weather and temperature: Some frost when I threw out the garbage, a little rain and generally colder.

Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 1 spoonful of bicarbonate of soda in water.

Blood pressure before bedtime (read more here to see why it matters): 163/111 - it has been going up steadily all week and the only thing I have changed is the bicarbonate of soda. I will stop this now, it is getting closer to dangerous levels.

Was my urine strange in any way? A bit cloudy, which may indicate that the kidneys are not working well. And I had terrible diarrhea this morning, so I skipped my walk. Had it last morning too, but not as bad.
