It is Friday, so the week is winding down. But not until I have a seminar that finishes at 11 PM local time. Oh well, I did already watch all the episodes of Star Trek Voyager and Enterprise. And I am not sure I like Discovery. So that only leaves Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, but anything with ferengi in it is not as fun. Well, I guess they were created to be irritating.
Breakfast: Vegetable soup
Lunch: Gorgonzola gratinated cabbage and onion. Turned out great.
Snack: Japanese rice crackers (senbei).
Dinner: Vegetable soup from this morning, broccoli and egg salad, pickled vegetables, and some fried peppers from the kids dish.
Todays supplements and dosage: One sachet of aojiru in one glass of banana milk smoothie.
Todays UA reading: 7.5 mg/dL. Will try to avoid purines completely today, let us see how it improves.
Todays step count: 11374 steps
How much did I drink today?:Coffee 1 liter, tea 1.5 liter, water 1 liter, smoothie 0.5 liter, soup 1 liter. Total 5 liters, about 1 1/3 US gallon.
