Todays weather and temperature: A bit cold, windy but sunny. Breakfast: Rice with egg and "furikake" rice spice. Lunch: Korean sundubu soup, unfortunately my wife put in some fish which was delicious but not good for my uric acid. Snack: An apple Dinner: Japanese winter vegetables at the nearby hot spring bathhouse restaurant. They had a yuba-don, quite delicious and purine free. Yuba is essentially the skin of the soy milk used to make tofu. Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules. And rooibos tea. But I do not count that any more. Next I will try either vitamin C or orotic acid. Or maybe I should try baking soda in a glass of water, many people swear by that even though I have a hard time believing in it. But it can not taste worse than apple cider vinegar, and I have a huge bag of baking soda from Costco so it will not cost anything.
