I know, it is only two days with UA below 6.8 mg/dL. But it is Friday so I will reward myself anyway. Few things beat a good piece of blue cheese and a glass of good red wine.
Todays weather and temperature: Still windy and coldish, scattered clouds.
Breakfast: IKEA veegetarian sausages, the yukkiest food I have had in many years. The Huvudroll vegetarian meatballs are really good, but do not buy the sausages!
Lunch: Potato cheese gratin
Snack: Japanese crackers and a carrot. Somewhat later, a large piece of blue cheese and some crackers. Because it is Friday.
Dinner: I worked late so I only had some cheese. With my glass of reward wine. Well tro glasses. one third of a bottle. Three quarters, tops! My wife had some too!
Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, a green aojiru smoothie at lunch.
