My UA went down again. Yay! But I still very much have metabolic syndrome, so I have to be careful when it comes to what I eat and drink.
Todays weather and temperature: Snow stopped, but temperatutes are just above zero, and it is windy but clear. Cold at night. Breakfast: Rice with egg and fermented beans, miso soup. Later a couple of oieces of sugarfree chocolate. Lunch: Vegetable curry. And a gammo. Snack: Beans, nuts and fruits. And cheese. And chocolate without sugar (but with sweetener). Dinner: Vegetable soup. You take the steam water from the vegetables you steamed the other day, reduce it while boiling a thinly sliced daikon (Japanese giant radish - and it is actually a radish, but it only tastes as much as one of the small red radishes, even though it is much bigger. Much, much bigger. Like 20 times bigger or so). The daikon absorbs the taste from the soup until it becomes very tasty. Todays supplements and dosage: Aojiru in a green smoothie, 6 fish oil capsules, 1.5 liter of rooibos tea. Todays UA reading: 6.4 mg/dL. Todays step count: 13266 steps How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, tea 2 liter, water 1 liter, non-alcoholic beer-like purine-free drink 0.9 liter. This weeks weight: 120.6 kg Waist circumference: 120 cm How many times did I go to the toilet today? #1 9 times, #2 2 times. My urine pH this morning (for why this matters, read more here): 6 Was my urine strange in any way? No, it smelled a bit weird but not that much. Not that I can smell what it contains like a dog, my sense of scent is not that sensitive.. How many minutes did I use the Sixpad Foot Fit Plus? 10 minutes
