Lunch: Vegetable stir-fry and soup. The stir-fry turmed out really great thanks to a slash of lemon juice and black pepper.

Dinner: Vegetable soup and sandwiches.
Todays supplements and dosage: 6 fish oil capsules, 1 glass of water with 10 cc ACV beet root pickle juice, 4 garlic capsules, 8 fat barrier pills.
