It was raining hard with strong wind in the morning, so I could not take my usual walk. So I took my walk indoors instead, doing a short trip around the bedrooms, down the stair, into the bathroom, and up the stairs again. For an hour. I was all sweaty and breathing heavily afterwards - no wonder they have Stairmasters in the gym! But you do not need them if you have stairs at home.
Todays weather and temperature: Rainstorm with storm warning in the morning, turned to tain only later in the day. Current stress level (scale from 1 (low) to 5 (high)): 4 Breakfast: Blue cheese and fried cabbage sandwiches. What a great surprise and meeting of textures and taste! I will write up the recipe, too. Lunch: Vegetable curry and miso soup. Snack: Japanese senbei crackers and cheese (and nuts). Dinner: No real dinner today, just some of my sons leftover noodles and a small sandwich.
