At the recent health check, I am pretty sure that I had rather bad values. And I weigh too much. So I think I will tweak my diet and start losing weight - without eating more purines. Losing weight is all about burning up the fat I have accumulated over the past five or six years (since I weighed 110 kg about six years ago).
So gout friendly keto diet, here we go!
