My uric acid level continues to be high. Still a bit too much purines in the diet.
Breakfast: Pizza sandwich and cereal with fruit and milk.
Lunch: Rice with crispy ume and onion, and just a couple of drops of soy sauce. Yes, spruced-up leftovers, but very low purine.
Snack: Nachos and guacamole.
Dinner: Traditional vegetable soup (imoni Yamagata style), but with crackers, unfortunately also salami and fish cakes. Which is not low purine.
Todays UA reading: 8.7 mg/dL. Maybe there is hope for those cherries after all.
