It's Friday and I am really curious what a beer would do to my UA. But I have had twinges in my feet on and off, so better not.
Breakfast: Japanese omelet, rice, natto, and some veg.
Lunch: Vegetable stew (just boil them in Yoshida barbecue sauce, excellent way of making everything more yummy).
Snack: More of those vegetables.
Dinner: Spaghetti and meat sauce (easy on the meat) with vegetables.
Todays UA reading: 8.8 mg/dL. Despite the purine-rich dinner yesterday. Purines from vegetables seem less easy to take up than purines from meat. Even if the level is high.

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
