Breakfast: Cheese and egg sandwich with vegetables Lunch: Yesterdays tahine plus brown rice and quinoa from Costco. Snack: Made Good cereal balls Dinner: Tahine again, now with a different set of vegetables - and hamburgers at the bottom instead of bacon.
