Monday turned out to be a day iff for the kids. Normally they have a longer vacation but this year is not normal.
Breakfast: Korean dumplings with tofu and vegetables, extra vegetables from yesterday.
Lunch: Since the kids had a day off, we went to a "kaiten-zushii" restaurant, where you pick the sushi off a conveyor belt. Although now there are only photos, and you use a tablet to make the order, which the chefs make while you wait. And they have plenty of vegetarian alternatives. I only had two pieces with fish, the rest were vegetarian.
Snack: "Taiyaki", a kind of baked filled confection. But they keep experimenting. Instead of the traditional bean paste, mine was filled with a fried egg.
Dinner: Spaghetti with vegetables, salmon, and salmon roe. And I had a beer for the first time in forever, it promised "60% purines off".
Todays UA reading: 9.6 mg/dL, so yesterday was not as low-purine as I thought.
Todays step count (as measured by my iPhone): 6429 steps.
