Monday again. Had to go to the offce to do some paperwork. I can walk there, which shows in my step count.
Breakfast: Soup with Japanese dumplings and pumpkin salad with egg, apple, and cranberries.
Lunch: Vegetables tsukemen, a kind of noodles which you dip in a soup which in this case contains lots of vegetables. And unfortunately meat.
Snack: For once, chocolate. Since I was able to walk a bit extra.
Dinner: Rice with meat and tofu topping - same as in Yoshinoya! And persimmon for dessert. Plus I drank a big glass of lemon juice (and water) with the meal.
Todays supplements and dosage: None.
Todays UA reading: 8.0 mg/dL, so the meat I ate yesterday was really noticeable.
Todays step count: 24512 steps. More than 15 km!

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
