Saturday is my weigh in day. And shopping, and cleaning.
Breakfast: Sandwiches, my kids insisted on Nutella. And spinach and bacon (no bacon for me), plus a home-made green smoothie.
Lunch: Mabo dofu schezuan style, the speciality of the restaurant where we often eat. And some of the ramen and char-siew that my son did not eat.
Snack: Mackerel chips. Yes, made from the fish. Not bad at all.
Dinner: Falafel with salad. I know, chickpeas are high purine. But it was the only thing in Costco that we expected the kids to eat.
Todays UA reading: 10.3 mg/dL, a lot more than it should be.
Todays weight: 123 kg. Easy to remember but too much.
