Sunday is always a bit more relaxing.
Breakfast: Bread and leftover vegetable soup. Blueberries. Green smoothie. If it sounds a lot, it took almost two hours to eat and we had taken a one-hour walk before it.
Lunch: Rice and vegetables.
Snack: Me and the kids went and had cakes (I had scones) in a fancy cafe that I had found.
Dinner: Vegetables and salmon. And rice with an egg cracked in and a couple of drops of soy sauce; you have to crack the egg when the rice comes out of the cooker and whisk it in right away. Then it actually gets cooked in the rice. Really good taste but you almost have to eat it with nori, the green sheets they wrap sushi in, and that us a high-purine food. Let us see how it works out tomorrow.
Todays UA reading: 8.7 mg/dL, better than yesterday. Maybe those mackerel chips did not matter so much.

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
