I usually take a walk in the morning, when the kids have gone to school. I have been doing it since May, when the kids had their delayed school start. It used to take me an hour, now I can do it in 45 minutes.
Breakfast: Vegetable and cheese sandwiches, coffee Lunch: Hijiki rice, salad, boiled eggs, and nachos with guacamole. In other words: Leftovers. Snack: I made a quesadilla for the kids, but they liked it so much they ate all of it. So I had granola with milk. Dinner: Japanese dumplings (gyoza), but I was still full from the snack. Todays UA reading: 8.7 mg/dL uric acid, which is still too high. But no stiff joints today.
