Today is the kids soccer practice. They want me to come and pick them up. I want them to ride their bicycles on their own.
Breakfast: Minestrone soup with extra vegetables (I am not sure how much we made but there is still some left for lunch).
Lunch: Fried cabbage with fried marinated tofu and fried konyakku, which supposedly can help lower the uric acid level in itself.
Snack: Halloween pretzels. Those Costco packs last forever.
Dinner: Vegetable mix and Minestrone soup.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 7.5 mg/dL, so not so bad effects even from eating my sons fried chicken. Let me see if I can get it under 7 by my menu today.
Todays step count: 13459 steps. Some of it on bicycle, because in the end, I ended up picking up the kids. On their bicycles....
