I have nothing special scheduled for today, but Americans will soon find out if they have elected someone whose opponent graciously concedes when defeated, or someone who lies about winning (and most other things) and tries to use the courts to disrupt due democratic process. Good luck either way.
Breakfast: Corn soup and crackers
Lunch: Fall vegetable mix with soy meat. Plus one slize of the kids (frozen) pizza. Since for some reason, today was a half school day and they did not get school lunch as usual. Bananas for dessert.
Snack: Kids Halloween crackers again, plus two umai-bou (the overgrown cheese doodles).
Dinner: Japanese buckwheat (soba) noodles and a fried mushroom assortment. Some sweet crackers for dessert (not sweet at all for Americans).
Todays supplements and dosage: None.
Todays UA reading: 5.5 mg/dL, another win for the vegetable-rich purine-free diet. Or the apple cider vinegar. If this continues tomorrow, I am going to test which.
Todays step count: 12913 steps

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
