So excited to try a new supplement, although it supposedly has health benefits known for generations. Well, my parents had never heard about them until they were in their forties.
Breakfast: Spinach and bacon omelet, corn soup, kiwi fruit, coffee, brioche (from France - you can find the most amazing things at Costco).
Lunch: Leftovers - lasagna, fried rice, sausages. And my wife wanted to try the "sottoku" from the Ministop cenvenience store too. It was a kind of wieners in mochi wrapper. Definitely something the kids may eat (if you leave off the spicy sauce).
Snack: No snack, I had too much for lunch.
Dinner: Vegetable hotpot, and then we pigged out on fruits which were close to its best-before date. When persimmons become just a tad overripe they become liquified, and sweet as honey.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar in a big glass of water, since I am going to try if ACV can help against gout and lower uric acid for two weeks from now.
Todays UA reading: 6.5 mg/dL (I hope the ACV does not lower it below 3, that would cause a new problem).
Todays step count: 11765 steps.
This weeks weight: 123.6 kg, just in case the claims of weight loss are true.
