Working from home as usual, with a sick wife and hungry kids. Wonder what to feed them that I can eat?
Breakfast: Pon de quejo, fried egg, and a couple of sausages (wieners) that the kids didn't eat.
Lunch: Leftovers with eggs. Fried rice and daikon, so a little purines in the fried rice. But not much.
Snack: A few "umai-bou", with spicy fish roe and ramen taste.
Dinner: Vegetable stew with brown rice and the Costco vegetarian chipotle bowl. Filinchen crackers with Blue Moose cheese spread.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am day 16 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 7.8 mg/dL
Todays step count: I took a little extra walk today, so I ended at 10809 steps.
How much did I drink today?: Coffee and milk 1.5 liters, water 8 glasses means 1.6 liters, tea 2.5 liters, comes to 5.6 liters, about 1 and 2/3 gallons.
