Rain today, but I managed to get in a walk before work anyway.
Breakfast: Coffee and cheese sandwiches.
Lunch: Vegetable and cheese couscous. I put in lots of celery but it melted away! Recipe will be on the page of gout-friendly recipes.
Snack: A carrot and Costco apple sauce. And then my son brought a huge plate ot trail mix. Minus the chocolates.... Well, nuts and raisins should be low-purine, even if raisins are high in sugar. But there were not so many of them.
Dinner: The rest of the vegetable and cheese couscous. Plus a rice ball with spicy fishroe filling that the kids left. And a bag of Halloween crackers.
Todays supplements and dosage: No supplements today, I am on day 4 of my 21-day reset.
