Looks like another run-of-the-mill day today, featuring complaints about my strange diet from the rest of the family. The only way for them to unferstand would be to have gout themselves, but you do not wish that on your children....,
Breakfast: Bento leftovers from yesterday, plus soba noodles for the kids.
Lunch: Microwave quickpot with turnips, apples, and cheese.
Dinner: Leftover chipotle bowl, leftover vegetables, leftover sona noodles with tempura crumbs. And four Hoegaarden beers.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am on day 10 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 6.6 mg/dL, so tonight I will have a beer after my normal diet. Let us see what happens with my UA then.
Todays step count: 5444 steps, because I deis not have time for my walk today.
