Today was no different from any other Friday.
Breakfast: Rice and natto with Korean nori, egg plant stir-fry with fake soy meat (my son took two extra helpings but skipped the egg plants - but if he believes it is meat, anyone will). Lunch: Toppogi with cheese, vegetable stew. Snack: No snack todsy Dinner: Leftover pasta, eggplant, and some of my home-made vegetable stir-fry. Pumpkin is very hard to fry, it breaks up to a mush. So it looks like something else than food. Same color too. Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar in a big glass of water. Todays UA reading: 9.4 mg/dL, so much for testing low purine levels. Evidently those mushrooms were worse than I thought, or it was something else in yesterdays diet. Maybe the sweet crackers. Todays step count: 13646 steps.
