I am currently not taking any supplements, except fish oil which I have taken every day for 35 years (I was diagnosed with gout 15 years ago). Just thought I would start including that, in case there was any effects of something. I will not mention the fish oil again however.
Current supplements and dose: No supplements.
Breakfast: Toast with blueberry jam, egg drop soup, green smoothie, omelet (from yesterday). Yes, we want to make sure the kids have a good breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.
Lunch: Vegetarian chili without beans (the one I made yesterday). It does get better if you let it sit.
Snack: No snack today, the chili was very filling.
Dinner: Lasagna, vegetarian chili, and steamed frozen vegetables. It is the fastest way of defrosting them, but also the tastiest. And a no-alcohol, no-purine beer.
Todays UA reading: 8.5 mg/dL. A bit too high. I had some tingling in my toes this morning.
