Today was pretty uneventful from a gout perspective, except that I probably ate too much sugar. And that fish for dinner may show up tomorrow.
Breakfast: Yesterdays stew with egg scramble, rice, and vegetable soup. Lunch: Carrot croquettes - easy to make and yummy, but be careful with the oil. Read the recipe here. Snack: Cereal and milk. Leftover from my sons breakfast. Dinner: Rice with egg topping, gyoza (Japanese dumplings), and fried fish (delicious). Todays supplements and dosage: 4 teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water. Todays UA reading: 8.9 mg/dL Todays step count: 11037 steps
