Today was a holiday, the kids away at a day soccer camp.
Breakfast: Rice with pickled vegetables
Lunch: Oden leftovers and Japanese rice balls
Snack: Crackers and banana, and a nut bar from IKEA.
Dinner: My special brown rice and vegetable soup, plus a little fried kimchi and fried noodles.
Todays supplements and dosage: No supplements today, I am on day 6 of my 21-day reset.
