Looks like another normal work-at-home day.
Breakfast: Gyoza sandwich, quite nice but the kids prefered the gyoza over the sandwich.
Lunch: My new vegetable fry mix, where I ground up half an onion, half a cabbage, and the kids leftover nuts with egg and milk. Can do with some refinement and improvement but using the mixer to make vegetable pancakes is something I will look into more. No flour seems necessary, just eggs and milk in addition to the veg.
Snack: Crackers. Halloween crackers!
Dinner: Leftover noodles in leftover soup from leftover fish hotpot, with leftover tofu. Gorgonzola cheese and a different kind of crackers for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am on day 13 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 6.8 mg/dL, so one day is how fast you can beat your gout by lowering your uric acid level by eating an appropriate diet. Without any supplements or medication. Almost half of Sunday mornings reading!
Todays step count: 5464 steps, since I had a dentists appointment and no time for my usual walk.

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
