The kids had soccer practice in the evening and we rode our bicycles there, 15 min in each direction.
Breakfast: Sandwich, green smoothie, and spinach and corn sausage stir-fry. The kids got all the sausages (before I could get to them).
Lunch: Last of my vegetable soup, plus a sandwich. And a few danishes with various fillings from Costco.
Snack: A cheese sandwich.
Dinner: Fried rice with sausages (guess what happened to them?) and Korean kimchi.
Todays supplements and dosage: None. But tomorrow I will start on the apple cider vinegar.
Todays UA reading: 6.8 mg/dL, right on the theoretical threshhold for uric acid crystal formation. I say theoretical because as so often in the body there are a lot of "it depends". But it is worth noting that a couple of days on an almost purine-free diet brings down the uric acid concentration.
