The kids had to clean their rooms today. So a nice quiet day for the grownups, with the exception of occasional fingers squeezed in drawers and unavoidable sibling fight. And my wife being down with a cold.
Breakfast: Pumpkin and cheese carrot soup. Ended up rather good if I may say so myself.
Lunch: More of the vegetable mix, this time onion and tomato with blue cheese.
Snack: Crackers, and "tako-yaki" with sauce and fish flakes.
Dinner: Sushi, and nachos with salsa and guacamole. Plus an ice cream bar.
Todays supplements and dosage: No supplements today, I am on day 4 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 9.6 mg/dL.
Todays step count: 7884 steps.
