Got new battery for the UASure yesterday, but I am not sure it was needed. But I am getting some kind of error. Let us see if it comes back tomorrow.
Breakfast: Croissants with salad, and the leftovers from yesterdays pancakes toasted in the toaster oven so that they resembled cakes without sugar more than anything else. Not bad.
Lunch: Taiwan-style ramen in the restaurant of the nearby hot spring bath.
Snack: Onsen tamago, an egg boiled in the eater from the hotspring. Yes, it is that hot, so they have to cut it with clld water to be usable.
Dinner: Salad, nachos, and guacamole. And I shared a beer with my wife. A new type of beer which does not have any carbohydrates. Banana for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 7.7 mg/dL. So it is going down, but I would rather credit my menu than the apple cider vinegar. Let us see tomorrow.
Todays step count: 8411 steps.

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
