We planned to go shopping but instead we started a major house cleaning. And then went shopping.
Breakfast: Leftovers on toast with cheese. And my daighters made cheese sandwiches for everyone.
Lunch: We went to an Italian chain restaurant, which always has good food. And gout-friendly, if you give away the bacon.
Snack: As we were shopping at IKEA, I had two Swedish cinnamon buns and coffee. They are different from the cinnamon buns you typically get in Starbucks and other places, since they are not as tall and baked at a higher temperature with more butter, and a little less cinnamon, so the sugar crystallizes and absorbs the cinnamon. I prefer them to other cinnamon buns any day.
Dinner: Vegetable hot pot soup (with meat for the others).
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar in a big glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 8.2 mg/dL
Todays step count: 18892 steps. Ikea sure gives you a good walk.
This weeks weight: 123.6 kg, so the apple cider vinegar promise of weight loss is definitely moot.

If you want to know more about what you can do about your gout and how to make sure you never have a flareup again, try reading my little book "Gout Simply Explained" which chronicles the research I did and what I found out. It is quite simple, really.
