Sunday is always relaxing, even when your wife is not in bed with a cold.
Breakfast: Bread from the local bakery cafe.
Lunch: McDonalds, since the kids insisted. But they do have salad, although I had half a hamburgerb to remember the taste. And French fries are purine-free.
Snack: Carrot and blue cheese, german Filinchen crackers.
Dinner: Japanese Oden hotpot, my homemade vegetable soup, tofu, cheese, and one Japanese gyoza dumpling.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am on day 5 of my 21-day reset.
