Today the kids are playing hide-and-seek on the second floor, while mommy and daddy are watching president-elect Bidens speech (which started at 10 AM here). Harris was even more impressive. Yes, I know there will be recounts and court challenges, but I hope the transition will be smooth.
Breakfast: Minestrone soup, cheese and crackers, and a banana for dessert.
Lunch: Chinese restaurant, but I shared a plate of fried chicken with my son, so it was not very gout-friendly. Otherwise I usually have theit ma-bo-dofu in a clay pot scezuan style, which is very gout-friendly despite containing meat. But it is amazingly tasty and spicy!
Snack: Some leftover Halloween crackers.
Dinner: Minestrone soup, vegetable mix, mini-quiche, and an umeboshi.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 8.6 mg/dL, so the crab dinner made a difference.
Todays step count: 7632 steps
