The weather forecast said rain, so we bought movie tickets. Ended up being one of the nicest days in a long while.
Breakfast: Traaditional Japanese buckwhear noodles in yesterdays hotpot soup.
Lunch: Fried rice and vegetables, and choulompou, a kind of Chinese dumplings. Steamed on cabbage, which was delicious.
Snack: Pumpkin latte at Tullys coffee.
Dinner: Japanese "teishoku" but I choose two dishes with meat in them, which was unfortunate.
Todays supplements and dosage: None.
Todays UA reading: 6.6 mg/dL.
Todays step count: 14191 steps.
