Breakfast: Bread, cheese, and some of the soup I made yesterday. There is enough for several lunches too.
Lunch: Ramen (Japanese noodles). I tried to find one without meat or seafood, that seems to be the easiest way to keep my UA level down.
Snack: No snack today.
Dinner: Lasagna plus the last of my home-made vegetable stew and some tofu meat.
Todays supplements and dosage: None.
Todays UA reading: 5.0 mg/dL, no attack risk today and it shows how important a purine-free diet can be. Even if it was not the healthiest diet day I ever had.
Todays step count: 19225 steps.
