Grey and rain hanging in the air without really falling. Perfect day for working at home.
Breakfast: 2 pizza slices, and miso soup.
Lunch: Daikon, konyakku, and carrot fry in hot lemon sauce. Plus some fried rice the kids did not eat for breakfast. And before lunch I had three umai-bou as morning snack, as I got a late lunch.
Snack: Japanese senbei, rice crackers.
Dinner:: Japanese Oden hotpot, but my wife forgot to put in the konyakky. So I got mostly eggs and daikon, but quite a bit of fish cakes as well.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am day 15 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 8.8 mg/dL. Seems there was more meat on the pizza than I noticed.

How much did I drink today?: Coffee 1 liter, tea 2 liters, water 5 glasses, soup 0.3 liters (that is 3 dL, by the way. Same unit as you use for the uric acid measurement). Total 4.3 liters, about 1.25 US gallons.
