Nothing special should happen today. But with Trump still president, you never know.
Breakfast: Chicken burritos (the kids liked them until they came to the jalapenos), bread, and salad.
Lunch: The rest of the burritos (without chicken), leftover ketchup rice, and cabbage with konjakku.
Snack: No room for a snack today.
Dinner: Pumpkin, apple, and onion cheese fry, with a dash of chipotle sauce. Plus an aranciata (Italian rice ball) from Costco.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 7.1 mg/dL, so those scallops mattered....
Todays step count: 9586 steps
