Another calm work-at-home day, with nothing special planned.
Breakfast: 3 kinds of bread (raisin bread toast, pon de quejo, white bread from the baking machine) wirh fried egg and bacon (not very much for me).
Lunch: Vegetables from the microwave, bread and cheese.
Snack: Buttered toast, I did not get dinner until 8 so I needed it.
Dinner: Japanese ramen noodles with vegetables. A quarter of an apple for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: No supplements today, I am on day 3 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 10.1 mg/dL, that little squid sure packed a purine punch!
Todays step count: 10921 steps
