Almost snow today, during my morning walk.
Breakfast: French toast with jam, and one ordinary toast with cheese. Lunch: Chipotle bowl with stir-fry Chinese cabbage (and some other leftover vegetables). Snack: Banana. Dinner: Konyakku and cabbage, marinated tofu in sweet sauce, and inari-zushi (sushi rice in a deep-fried and marinated tofu shell - I probably ate eight or nine). Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am on day 9 of my 21-day reset. Todays UA reading: 6.6 mg/dL Todays step count: 12620 steps
