Today there was no time for a morning walk, due to some activities the kids had.
Breakfast: Yesterdays soup with mochi (pounded rice cake). Kiwi and raspberries.
Lunch: Soup, my homemade aubergine cheese gratin, and kiwi for dessert.
Snack: Crackers. Bat- and pumpkin-shaped. It is halloween.
Dinner: Yesterdays soup with eggs in it over rice. But there was quite a bit of meat left in it. Wonder if I will see it in the UA level tomorrow? Tomatoes, cucumber salad, and rice. Cheese for dessert.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 11.1 mg/dL, so maybe I got too much of the meat from the shabu-shabu hotpot after all.
