Today looks like yet another uneventful day. Although with three kids, you never know.
Breakfast: Mochi (Japanese rice cakes) and sweet bean soup. And Swedish tunnbröd with cheese and coffee.
Lunch: Cabbage and brown rice in the buillon from the char-siew day before yesterday. Not sure about the purine content.
Snack: Chocolate, calorie- and carbohydrate-reduced. But it felt too sweet anyway. It has been a while since I had chocolate...
Dinner: Local vegetable soup (without the meat). Known as "imoni", it is the winter staple of the Tohoku region. And if you give the meat to your children it tastes as good but is purine-free.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am day 14 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 8.7 mg/dL, so there was a little bit too much seafood left in that hotpot soup.
Todays step count: 10981 steps.
