Nice walk today, but a pity to be tied to my computer the rest of the day.
Breakfast: Soup, fruit salad, and pon de quejo (frozen from Costco).
Lunch: Pumpkin and apple mix, since it is sweet it takes spiciness better. So plenty of chile pepper.
Snack: Yoghurt and fruits salad with cereal (leftovers from the morning).
Dinner: Vegetable soup, rice, and ginger stir-fry made with soy meat. My son complained that the taste was a bit weak, and you do nrrd to add more spice and sauce when using soy meat. But you could not believe it was not meat!
Todays supplements and dosage: No supplements right now. I have done three weeks of apple cider vinegar, and will summarize the result. But before I continue I need to create a comparison period for three weeks at least. And then, I also need to manage my weight. And I want to keep my UA low for a few days so I can see what happens when I drink wine. But if I do not keep the UA down, and then keep the same diet the next day while adding wine, I will not know what had any effect. Same as testing supplements, except for I do not think my job would be very well done if I had wine every day.
Todays UA reading: 6.9 mg/dL.
Todays step count: 10844 steps
