Hey, one month to Christmas eve!
Breakfast: French toast with coffee and just a little
maple syrup. And one bacon slice on my second slice of French toast.
Lunch: Onion and carrot egg fry, plus some leftover kimchi stir-fry. Rice and my wifes leftover Korean noodles.
Snack: Crackers and one of the kids cheese an ham rolls (Rollino). Delicious but ham....
Dinner: Brown rice and pumpkin pieces in tomato-mascarpone sauce with konyakku. You guessed it, mixed leftovers. Although I am very pleasantly surprised by how well konyakku worked with the tomato-mascarpone sauce.
Todays supplements and dosage: None, I am on day 7 of my 21-day reset.
Todays UA reading: 6.0 mg/dL
Todays step count: 9396 steps, despite adding a little extra to my regular walk.
