Today is a holiday in Japan. It would have been nice to watch the US presidential election results, but due to the time diffrence, it will be tomorrow. If you are American and have not voted yet, you still have a chance. Your vote may be the one that determines the entire thing.
Breakfast: Leftover bread with ham and cheese. Although I skipped the ham.
Lunch: Restaurant in a shopping mall which specializes in vegetables. Fantastic salad bar. And the kids loved the paprika soup.
Snack: Sweet potato bakes, Japanese confection which is easy to make st home and dors not require added sugar thanks sweet potatoes being, well, sweet.
Dinner: Kaiten-zushi, where you nowadays choose the sushi from a tablet and it is delivered on the conveyor belt. There are vegetable options but as akways some seafood gets into the mix.
Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a large glass of water.
Todays UA reading: 7.7 mg/dL
Todays step count: 6552 steps
