I started including the step count to keep myself honest. We usually get up at 6, but it is busy until the kids go to school. Then I try to take a walk before work. Evidently, it should be longer.
Breakfast: Rice and fermented beans with salmon roe. Mushroom soup. Green smoothie(s).
Lunch: Leftover soup with extra veg, rice with leftover bacon, leftover bacon and cheese sandwich.
Snack: Pear, from the province next to ours. Deliciously juicy. Somewhat later, a banana.
Dinner: Japanese pan-fried dumplings (gyoza), and lots of vegetables (I made an onion cheese gratin which was pretty good).
Todays UA reading: 9.6 mg/dL, so you can tell that beer and salmon in yesterdays dinner count.
Todays step count: 9195 steps before I went up the stairs.
