Let me see if I can get the tires changed today. There is already a dusting of snow on the mountains.
Breakfast: Rice and pickled seaweed. Coffee. Lunch: Asian chicken salad, minus most of the chicken, at Costco (waiting for them to finish my tire change). Wonder why the only vegetarian option is cheese pizza? Snack: Trail mix (guess who ate all the chocolates?) Dinner: Pumpkin soup, salad, and bread. And tofu. Noticed too late that my wife had put in cockles as well. Todays supplements and dosage: 4 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar (ACV) in a big glass of water. Todays UA reading: 6.5 mg/dL. Todays step count: 6568 steps.
