Another uneventful stay-at-home day.
Breakfast: Leftover soup from yesterday. Lunch: Leftover soup (even older), fried onion, some fruit salad with yoghurt leftover from day before yesterday, crackers. Snack: Apple. Dinner: Vegetables cooked in rice, sweet yams, and small squid (hotaru-ika). And a small piece of chocolate for dessert. Todays supplements and dosage: No supplements today. Todays UA reading: 8.3 mg/dL. That soy meat seems to have been a bit too real. Todays step count: 12494 steps
